We always ensure that when we visit customers to inspect their furniture, we do not come across as ‘salespeople’. We are known for the useful and informative advice that we offer our customers, from the conception of the project to its completion, and even after sales care to increase the lifespan of the upholstery. Furthermore, we offer our clients an open-door policy at our workshop, so they are permitted to inspect the work while it actually happens. This also gives the client the opportunity to ask us any questions they feel relevant.
